Valentine Dinner Party

The Valentine Party hosted by Windcrest UMW last Saturday evening was such a lot of fun! We had a delicious dinner along with a variety of desserts, served by our attentive, enthusiastic WUMC Youth! It was such a pleasure to have them intermingling with the crowd. Half the proceeds of this event will go to WUMC Youth.

Before, during and after our meal, we enjoyed lots of great music, and many door prizes. The most fun however, was our version of the “Not So Newlywed Game”! Three brave couples participated in this lively guessing game, which was highly entertaining to the audience. Winning couple was Tom & Lucille Smiley, who’ve been married 67 years! Runners up were Rick & Rina Segura, and Larry & Loretta Morse.

A big thanks goes out to Dawn Crews who donated & prepared our meal, our fabulous Youth servers, Jeanette Green our MC, and for everyone who came out to join in the fun.
