Windcrest Day School & CDC is hiring a:

• toddler teaching assistant
• Lead Teacher. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic with an early childhood background, strong teaching, classroom management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with developmentally appropriate practices and assessment of young children. Applicants must be able to work well with others as part of a teaching team. Applicants must be flexible and be able to work mornings, afternoons or as needed.

You must be:

• 18 years of age
• Have a high school Diploma
• CDA or equivalent
• AA in Child Development or ECE desired
• Experience working at a NAEYC Center or Texas Rising Star is a plus
• CPR & First Aid training required
• Complete a background check
